Online registration is one of the key steps towards taking part in the International Conference «THE PROBLEM OF ORIGIN OF LIFE» (OPARIN-2014), which is devoted to the 120-th anniversary of the birth of A.I. Oparin and to the 90-th anniversary of the issue of his book "The Origin of Life".

As a registered participant you will receive up to date news about Conference proceedings, will be able to book a variety of provided services, get visa support and submit your abstracts.

 
USER AGREEMENT

This Agreement (below — «Agreement») regulates relations between a natural person (below — «User»), the user of AEvents Software (below — «Online Registration System»), being operated by «MONOMAX- CONGRESS» LLC (below — «Administration»). According to the present Agreement, Administration affords User an opportunity to use Online Registration System free of charge provided on terms of the present Agreement as well as renders paid and chargeless services to User (below — «Services»).

This agreement is Administration’s public offer.

User’s registration in the Online Registration System confirms acceptance of this Agreement.

User’s Rights and Obligations:

Online Registration System User has a right to use the System for booking and ordering Services necessary for attending OPARIN-2014 and for getting the last Conference news in a prompt way; the User undertakes to meet the conditions of the present Agreement.

User has a right to sever the paid Service — in this case the refund of the unspent means is made in compliance with the cancellation policy published at the official OPARIN website: http://oparin2014.inbi.ras.ru/participation.en.php#refund.

Funds transfer between Users is not provided.

User undertakes to use the Online Registration System in accordance with the current Russian Federation legislation applicable in this situation.

User agrees not to make any endeavor to harm the software of the Online Registration System.

User guarantees not to spread any confidential or protected by law data concerning natural or legal persons by means of the Online Registration System; and to avoid any actions which may entail violation confidentiality.

User undertakes not to publish via Online Registration System any materials not corresponding to the Russian Federation current legislation.

User guarantees that is older 18 years.

Administration’s Rights and Obligations:

Administration undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the User’s personal data and not to publish in open access the submitted during the registration or reservation of the services data without User’s concern. Administration has a right to change the cost, type and endurance of the booked by the User and unpaid Services.

Administration has a right to edit or cancel the materials uploaded by the User at the Online Registration System in case they do not correspond to the terms of the present Agreement and cause damage to third parties and Administration.

Administration has a right to modify Online Registration System at its discretion as well as to make changes in the present Agreement unilaterally.

Administration has a right of transferring rights received from the User in compliance with the present Agreement to the third parties in order to implement the Administration’s obligations.

Responsibilities of the Parties:

Administration is liable for providing of the confidentiality and safety of the User’s personal data published by the User in the Online Registration System.

User is liable for the content, reliability and accuracy of the materials published by the User via the Online Registration System.

User is liable for publication in the Online Registration System or transmission by any other mean materials or documents which cause damage and violate Administration’s rights and rights of third parties according to the current Russian Federation legislation.
