Registration fee for «Participant» includes:

PARTICIPATION REFUSAL AND REFUNDS

By the registration as the participant of the Conference, you confirm the terms of the user agreement form and the cancelation policies of the services booking and refund that are published on the official website.
1. Cancellation prior to August 10, 2014 – no penalty.
2. Cancellation made after August10, 2014 will be subject of 100% penalty.In this casethe paid sum will be used to fund the organizational costs of the conference.
All the refunds are processed after the Conference with a minus of bank charges and overheads.

 
POSTER SESSION AND ABSTRACTS

The Organizers invite scientists to make poster presentations. This requires submission of abstracts which will be published after review. Authors will be informed of acceptance by the organizers. The deadline for abstract submission is August 15, 2014. The poster session will be held on September 23, 2014 at the Bach Institute of Biochemistry RAS.

Abstracts should be limited to approximately 500 words (2500 - 3000 characters) and will be accepted and published only in English. Font– Times New Roman. File format– .doc, .docx or .rtf. A template for abstract layout is provided via this link. Abstracts should be e-mailed as an attachment with a subject field containing your full name and the words “Name Surname –Abstract Oparin-2014”. Please send to mkritsky@inbi.ras.ru or oparin2014@inbi.ras.ru. Posters for the presentation should be 117х82 cm (WхH - horizontal orientation).

Low cost accommodation can also be arranged at a dormitory or hostel (up to 1500rub/night per person).

Be sure to notify the organizers of your need for accommodation in the appropriate field of the registration form.
